1. To get an EFTPOS machine from Payo, follow these steps:
Request a Quote: Visit the ‘Payo Terminalʼ page on the Payo website to provide your Contact Name, Email Address and a Mobile Number, We will contact you as soon as possible. Or call 1800 777 296 (Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm Brisbane time) if you have any enquires.
2. Application Processing: Allow a few days for your application to be processed and approved.
3. Receive Your Machine: Once approved, Payo will arrange for the delivery of your EFTPOS machine.
After your EFTPOS application is submitted and approved, your EFTPOS machine(s) should arrive within 3 - 12 business days for metro areas.
After 3 months of consistent transactions processed through a Payo EFTPOS machine, applicants become eligible to apply for a loan. Upon receiving your loan application, the waiting period varies depending on the financial institution and the complexity of the application.
